PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board fixing device for electronic equipment which makes it possible to do operation for fixing printed boards in a housing and detaching them from the housing easily in a short time. SOLUTION: The printed board fixing device for electronic equipment comprises the housing 1 having its opening part 1a covered with a detachable cover 2, plural stages of printed boards 5 and 10 put in the housing 1, and a fixing means for fixing the printed boards 5 and 10 to the side of the housing 1. The device is provided with a connecting member 6 which is interposed between the printed boards 5 and 10 and has engagement pieces 6d and 6f capable of engaging and disengaging from the printed boards 5 and 10 above and below. The printed boards 5 and 10 can be fixed in the housing 1 with a small number of components, so the operation for assembling and disassembling the boards 5 and 10 can easily be done in a short time.
