PURPOSE: A steering wheel mount pairing with a mobile phone and a hands-free device and having a voice switch is provided to allow a driver to use a mobile phone in a convenient manner during driving by connecting a monitor and a keypad to a mobile phone through jack and installing a hands-free device. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel mount includes a monitor(46) and a keypad(48) installed behind an alarm sound device(49) in a steering wheel(47), and a speaker(28) and a microphone(25) installed in the left and right from the monitor, keypads and alarm sound device. The steering wheel mount is connected to a mobile phone(1) through a jack, and to a microphone(51) and an ear phone(54) of a hands-free device(50). The monitor, keypad, speaker and microphone are fixed to the steering wheel as a pair, in a manner as to be attachable/detachable to/from the steering wheel. The steering wheel mount further includes a voice switch constituted by a microphone, an amplifier, a filter and a switching circuit; an interrupt generator; and an end switch. The interrupt generator generates an interrupt to a control unit of the mobile phone, and allows the driver to be connected to a telephone operator of the telephone number stored in a memory unit of the mobile phone.
