CONDUCTOR PASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor paste for high-precision ceramic multilayer boards. SOLUTION: An inorganic composition in the conductor paste contains a mixture composed of a conductor component 92.0-98.5 wt.% and glass of an inorganic binder 1.5-8.0 wt.% as an inorganic component and at least a solvent and an organic binder added to disperse the inorganic component. Owing to this combining ratio of the inorganic composition, glass ceramic in the green sheet is sintered first and then the conductor grains in the conductor paste is made to sinter. Hence, a glass ceramic layer around electrodes with not develop cracks and the electrodes can be made to be wirings of compact film structure.
