PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a frequency hopping wireless communication device with excellent secrecy that ensures communication quality corresponding to a radio wave environment every moment. SOLUTION: A master wireless terminal 51 is provided with a hop sequence list storage means 60 that stores an active hope sequence and a substitute hop sequence, an error collection means 70 that sums number of wireless frequencies whose error is detected by an error detection means 63 among wireless frequencies used for the active hop sequence, and a control processing means 71 that transmits the substitute hop sequence to a slave wireless terminal 52 so as to substitute the active hop sequence with the substitute hop sequence depending on the collected number.
