PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the selection of the outside case surface constituting the outside case part of an apparatus from a pair of outside case surfaces in the outside case panel by rotating the outside case panel, and to suppress the enlargement and complication of the structure of the apparatus in which the outside case panel is placed. SOLUTION: When inverting a front panel 20, a control part (not shown in figure) drives a driving motor 48 to rotate a linking gear 40. Thus, interlocked with the rotation of a link gear 40, the front panel 20 rotates by the same rotational quantity and in the same direction with those of the link gear 40 according to the power transmitted by a movable link 60 from the link gear 40. Simultaneously therewith, a slide chassis 30 supporting the front panel 20 is pushed out to a rotatable point where the front panel 20 is made rotatable from a loading position for loading the front panel 20 to a main body chassis 12 by a fixed linking 74, and is restored to the loading position after the completion of inversion of the front panel 20.
