ADAPTIVE TYPE NOISE SUPPRESSING VOICE CODING DEVICE AND CODING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent adaptive type noise suppressing voice coding device and a voice coding method which are capable of eliminating noise while detecting the level of the noise in the present speech or reducing the effect of the noise and also which is capable of simplifying hardware and reducing power consumption while integrating a voice coding device and a noise suppressing device. SOLUTION: The autocorrelation function Rs(0) of only a voice signal is calculated from the autocorrelation function calculated in an autocorrelation function calculating circuit 1303 by an Rs(0) estimating circuit 101 while noticing the feature provided in the autocorrelation function between the voice signal and noise and, then, the adaptive type noise suppressing voice coding device is realized by preparing the parameter of a voice coding with a prediction coefficient calculating circuit 102, a coefficient converting circuit 103, a coefficient quantizing circuit 104 while using this value.
