PURPOSE: A structure of an optical fiber cable including a power cable is provided in which the power cable is being inserted into an empty space inside the central line of the optical fiber cable or the power cable is contained at one side of the inside of the optical fiber cable. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber cable including a power cable has a plastic central line(1) having an empty space inside of the line, a power cable, a resin tube(11), and a resin external coating(12). The plastic central line assembles tubes in which at least one optical fiber(10) is contained. The power cable is being inserted into the inside of the central line and includes two power lines(3) and one ground line(4). The tube is attached around the central line and accommodates at least one optical fiber. The external coating protects the optical fibers contained in the tube from moist and alien substances.
