PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved printing method to distribute a print rendering function to one or more remote print rendering engines. SOLUTION: This printing method is characterized by being constituted of a step to decide whether or not the entire print job can be locally processed (204), a step (206) to locally process the print job when the entire print job can be locally processed, a step (212) to transmit the print job to an external rendering device when the entire print job can not be locally processed, a step (214) to receive the rendered print job from the external rendering device and a step (216) to print the rendered print job received from the external rendering device. |
