PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numeral notice element used for an advertising display which can change notice numerals, such as the price in a stone window advertisement. SOLUTION: In a numeral change means consists of '8' of the basic numeral A which can perform visual sense distinction, using the peripheral surface whole area as different material to the '8' of the basic numeral A drawn on the notice board P and a masking plate same kind as the peripheral surface whole area which covers the basic numeral A partially, the '8' of the basic numeral A consists of the right and left long-sized vertical bar part 1 disposed at the required interval, and the shorter horizontal bar part 2 which connects the up-and-down edge and intermediate part of both the long-sized vertical bar part 1, and the masking plate 4 consists of what makes the up-and-down edge a taper side 8 by required width and required height.
