PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper for a speaker which does not require a process of impregnating phenol resin, etc., and then prevents adverse influence on the human body and environmental contamination when manufactured, and is easily manufactured and suitably made thin. SOLUTION: Filaments 1 in core sheath structure formed of polyethylene terephthalate as a core material 1a and polypropylene as a sheath material 1b and a couple of conductive yarns 2 formed by winding a conductor 2b around a yarn material 2a are woven in a net shape to form fabric, which is hot-cold processed to bind intersections of filaments 1 by the thermal fusion of the sheath material 1b.
