PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable phone transfer system, that can allow a portable terminal to automatically make its transfer setting to a nearby fixed phone conducting a wireless service, when the portable terminal moves to a zone where a wireless public network service is not available, so as to allow the portable terminal to receive and make a speech to a transferred call by itself. SOLUTION: This invention provides a fixed wireless service station 110, that conducts a fixed wireless service able to connect a portable terminal 120 to a wired public network 130. The portable terminal 120 is provided with a means 122, that realizes call transmission/reception and making a speech by utilizing a wireless public network, a means 123 that realizes individual wireless communication with a fixed wireless service means and a means, that makes the transfer setting of a telephone number of the portable terminal 120 to a telephone number for the wired public network of the fixed wireless service station, when the portable terminal reaches a zone at the outside of the service zone of the wireless public network and realizes call transmission/reception and making a speech via the fixed wireless service of the fixed wireless service station. The fixed wireless service station and the mobile terminal set up an individual communication path on the basis of a terminal ID.
