PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leading body arranged facing a tape drawing port from being put out of a catch mechanism due to a dropping impact by providing a tape drawing port for the tape cartridge of a single reel type to increase the rigidity of a case region where the strength of a case main body is forced to be reduced. SOLUTION: On a case side wall 1R facing the tape drawing port 4 separated distantly from a screw 22 for fastening the upper and lower cases 1a, 1b, a welded part M is formed by welding and fixed the bonding edges of the upper and lower case 1a, 1b. The deflection deformation of case peripheral walls is prevented by the welded part M and the case rigidity is enhanced, so that the leading body 7 provided at the tape edge is prevented from inclining, falling, or jumping out of the case due to the dropping impact.
