The electric lawn mower has a rewinder to recover the cable that would otherwise be left lying on the ground, collecting it in a bowl carried on the lawn mower and laying it in a coil in the collector. A wheel running on the ground drives a belt which in turn drives a recovery pulley which delivers the cable toward the collector.
