<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transducer which is satisfactory in a light reflection preventive function and a light scattering function. SOLUTION: The photoelectric transducer is constituted of a substrate, a resin layer, a semiconductor layer and an electrode layer. The resin layer is composed of a resin which contains at least polyaryletherketone. The resin layer contains a spherical inorganic compound or a small quantity of a carboxyl group-containing aromatic compound as the dispersion stabilizer for the spherical inorganic compound.</p> |
