PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover of a feeding part from being damaged or deformed due to no concentration of solar light into one point of the cover even in several weeks before and after an eclipse between the sun and a satellite for radiating radio waves. SOLUTION: A primary radiator 2 is arranged on an almost focal position of an offset parabolic reflector and the aperture part of the radiator 2 is turned to the reflector side. A converter part 6 is connected to the radiator 2 so as to form a prescribed angle with the radiator 6. All the aperture part of the reflector 2 and at least a part of the portion of the converter part 6 which is turned to the reflector side are covered with the cover 14 on a position shifted to the reflector side as compared with the aperture part.
