PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily simulate any retry type communication abnormality in real time. SOLUTION: In a network system where plural devices are parallelly arranged, a counter 1 for setting whether or not to neglect a command from a transmission origin device and the number of times when it is to be neglected and the counter 2 for setting whether or not to issue a response to a transmission origin and the number of times when it is not to be issued are provided, the number of times of the command/response is arbitrarily set and the retry type communication abnormality is simulated in real time without using special equipment or the like.
