Security mechanism includes transmission cable (30) located along horizontal bottom part of gate frame structure. One end of cable is fixed to L-shaped cheek web (31) which is fixed to coupling arm and to upright (17) of gate. The other end engages with pivot point located in opening part of frame in order to either turn it to ensure locking or release it in opening phase. Gate (1a) is hinged to pier (2) defining gate frame. Pivoting of gate is made from top point (3) and bottom point (4). Reduction motor set (5) is supported on platform (6) in bottom part of pier. Reduction motor is coupled to angle return (7) allowing horizontal positioning of output shaft (8). Output shaft of gate opening/closing device is connected through gearing (10,11) to one end of coupling arm.
