PURPOSE: A bread forming room inside for contents is provided, which consists of an upper bread(4) and a down bread(5) that has room for stuffing. Thereby, one can put various contents into prepared bread without leaking. A bread prepared in this way can have a groove(51) on its down part(5) and a projection(41) on its upper part(4). CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a bread forming room inside for contents comprises the steps of: (i) coating a room-forming assistant material with flour dough; (ii) baking in an oven; and (iii) incising the circumference of the prepared bread, and removing the assistant material from the down part. A bread forming room inside for contents can be also made by using respective molds for an upper bread and a down bread, or by using an air nozzle to be inserted into flour dough.
