The metal-plastic staple comprises a metal staple (1) and a plastic pin (2), wherein the corresponding accessory (3) that is to be fixed on a window provided in the body of the vehicle, which is located between the body and t he roof of said vehicle, forms part of the staple. The staple (1) includes flexing tabs (4) having an elbowed section (9) from which a lower segment (1 2) of maximum amplitude is determined, an indent (10) having been made in said segment to fix the staple to the window in the body of the vehicle. In a central area, a cut having no material detachments is provided in said flexi ng tabs (4) and the tabs form round elbowed sections (22) that project towards the center and enable passage through them of any given tool to release said staple (1) from the pin (2) by means of the corresponding lateral displacements of said sections and, hence, of the flexing tabs (4). Maximum amplitude of the upper sections (12) and, hence, of the indent (10) for locking the staple (1), is achieved by an elbowed segment of the lateral sectors (6) which form part of the staple (1) itself above the elbowed secti on (9) of the corresponding flexing tab (4), said sectors projecting inward and ending in the end and support extensions (15) of the staple on the roof of t he vehicle. |
