<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a call with the highest priority when a switching permission is received and to switch a cell with the highest priority when the hardware informs a switching permission. SOLUTION: The priority controller is provided with input buffer management sections that share received user data for each destination and output the result, a switching request arrangement section that impartially arranges switching requests from the input buffer management sections, resulting in informing any of the input buffer management sections being a switching permission object and outputting the switching request about switching permission, and a cross point switch that is controlled by the switching request arrangement section and transfers user data received from the input buffer management section whose switching is permitted to a desired route.</p> |
