PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily assemblable control device comprising a cooling fan which can prevent entangling of a power source lead of the cooling fan with blades of the cooling fan. SOLUTION: There are provided partition members 23 and 25 where, tightly fitting to one fitting surface of cooling fans 40 and 41, fan holes 23A and 25A are formed, positioning members 23B and 25D which position the cooling fans 40 and 41 engagement, and detachable lid members 24 and 26 which pressurize a fitting surface opposite to one fitting surface of the cooling fans 40 and 41 and where louvers 24A and 26A are formed. A draw-out part for drawing power source lead wires 40A and 41A of the cooling fans 40 and 41 is formed on a surface different from the fitting surface of the cooling fans 40 and 41. The source lead wires 40A and 41A drawn out of the draw-out part are drawn out through a gap formed between the partition members 23 and 25 and the alignment members 23B and 25D.
