Light from a photograph object is split into red, green and blue beams and then digitized at a higher data rate for storage in a memory (5) by a controller (4), and sent monochromatically in compressed format to a ground station. A central controller (8) of a ground station, compares flight data with specific data, based on which data in memory (5) is deleted or downloaded to ground station through interface (6), and control information e.g. motion alignment and sharpness control is fed back to in-flight controller.
