The tap (3) connects to a liquid soap container (11) to meter soap to the tap in response to a portioner (14) arranged in the tap. The soap feedline (17) leads into the tap connection (9) with the water pipe (10) so as to issue into the portioner (14). Soap is sprayed out via tap nozzle (8) from the dispenser sleeve of the portioner (14) using a portioning head (19) operated by hand off the tap so as to pump up to the portioner (14) and the spray nozzle. The portioner is arranged in the tap arm (7) leading off the tap and fitted within the spray nozzle (8).
