PURPOSE: A vial seal structure and method for manufacturing the same is provided to allow sleeve to be easily manufactured, while reducing manufacturing cost and achieving an in-advance prevention against accident. CONSTITUTION: A vial seal structure comprises a cap(50) having a circular shaft(51) formed at the center of the inner surface of the cap; and a sleeve(40) having a coupling hole(43) for insertion of the circular shaft of the cap, and which is heated and pressed with the cap. The sleeve has a bent portion(48) formed around the coupling hole into a single circular band, wherein the bent portion is pressed, with a cut portion(41) formed between the coupling hole and the bent portion. The bent portion has a scored cut line formed at the inner surface of the bent portion. When the cap and the cut portion escape from the upper surface of the sleeve along the scored cut line, the bent portion becomes flat so as to be leveled with the upper surface of the sleeve.
