PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar-made panel of a honeycomb structure light in weight and high in strength by using mortar which has high fluidity and can have high strength when hardened for formation of a rip, or the like, which is difficult to be molded, requires high strength and toughness and is necessary for forming cells of the honeycomb structure. SOLUTION: This panel of the honeycomb structure has plural cells which are arranged in the planar direction and formed by ribs into a checkered shape, and obliquely crossed shape, a honeycomb shape or another grating shape as a whole. The ribs are formed by using the mortar containing at least cement, pozzolanic fine powder having a 1.0μm or smaller average particle size, an aggregate having a 2 mm or smaller particle size, water and a plasticizer.
