PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire feeder capable of easily altering a roll feed type device to a belt feed type device at a low cost without remarkable design changes. SOLUTION: This electric wire feeder is provided with an electric wire base 21, a pair of rotating shafts 25, 26 disposed on both sides of the electric wire W of the electric wire base 21, and a rotor 47 removably fixed to the respective rotating shafts 25, 26 through an attaching and detaching means 27. The electric wire feeder is provided with a pair of belt feed units C having a belt feed table 45, a driven pulley 46 rotatably supported on the belt feed table 45, a driving pulley 47, the rotating position of which is regulated by the belt feed table 45, and a belt 48 wrapped between the driving pulley 47 and the driven pulley 46, the respective driving pulleys 47 are fixed to the rotating shafts 25, 26 through the attaching and detaching means 27, the fixed side belt feed table 45 is fixed to the electric wire base 21 by mounting screws, and the moving side belt feed table 45 is mounted on the electric wire base 21 through a connecting rod 51.
