SOLUTION: In a state of regulating a slide movement of a driving shaft 16 in abutment by a first movement regulating part 11a, clearance X1 formed between an abutting part 16a of the driving shaft 16 and a second movement regulating part 51a of a movement regulating member 51 is constituted so as to become narrower than clearance X2 formed between a piston 35 existing in an upper dead center position and a valve-port forming body 14 opposed to it and clearance X3 formed between a rotor 24 of an electromagnetic clutch 23 existing in an OFF state and an armature 28.
