PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably form an anodic oxidation coating film having highly uniform thickness on an aluminum material without causing electrolytic burn even in the case of increasing current density to the aluminum material in the anodic oxidation. SOLUTION: The liquid temperature T( deg.C) of the electrolyte 24 in an electrolytic cell 20 is controlled in conjunction with the current density I to the aluminum material 12 by operating a heat exchanger 48 as needed at the time of the anodic oxidation to the aluminum material 12 by a controller 50. Concretely, the liquid temperature T is heated, cooled or kept to have a value to satisfy following conditional equation 1 by the controller 50. Conditional equation 1 is (current density)<1.15<(liquid temperature T)-15.2. In the conditional equation 1, a relation that current density I=(supply current to electrolytic electrode)/-((the width of aluminum material)×(length of the electrolytic electrode)) (A/dm2) is given.
