PURPOSE: A method for improving hydrophilicity of a plasma polymerization system is provided which constantly maintains hydrophilicity of the surface of a sample even after time passes by after the plasma polymerization, particularly greatly reduces reduction of hydrophilicity of the surface of the sample according to time using existing polymerization process and equipment as well as the non-reactive gas used as they are. CONSTITUTION: In a plasma polymerization system, the method for improving hydrophilicity of a plasma polymerization system comprises the process of post-treating the sample by infusing as a non-reactive gas a mixed gas in which oxygen and nitrogen are mixed in a certain ratio into a polymerization chamber after polymerizing a sample with a reactive gas for improving and sustaining hydrophilicity, wherein the mixed gas in which oxygen and nitrogen are mixed in a certain ratio used as a non-reactive gas is air.
