PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a separator unit which can effectively separate a sheathing board for recycling, and facilitates after-working, by improving a separator unit for use in holding a form when a reinforced concrete structure is constructed. SOLUTION: The female thread pipe-type separator unit has a separator 1a having female thread pipe portions 14a at both ends thereof, and a form tie 7a having a male thread portion for penetrating through a through hole in the sheathing board from the outside to be screwed into the female thread pipe portion 14a. When the sheathing board is pinched, a waterproof hat, a P cone, a washer, etc., are interposed between the sheathing board and the female thread portion 14a.
