PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely fit and remove a standing pouch flexible packaging bag. SOLUTION: An opening of a standing package type flexible packaging bag storing west tissues is clamped between a screw cylinder of a rigid cover and a rigid cover and a rigid cover supporting cylinder fitted with the screw cylinder of the rigid cover, and both screw cylinders are screwed in each other and fitted together to fix removably the rigid cover on the opening of the standing pouch flexible packaging bag. The rigid cover section is formed to be fitted and removed freely to make the standing pouch flexible bag fitted and removed freely and usable repeatedly.
