PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle-shaped pouch of a three-dimensional shape similar to that of a bottle, provided with the superior self supporting properties and also usability in the carriage, transfer of a content and the like, and free from folding creases and the like on a body and of superior outer appearance. SOLUTION: The bottle-shaped pouch 100 is formed into a shape provided with gusset sections 6 and 7, upper and lower, and both side section sealing sections 9, 9, and the length of the upper gusset section 6 is shorter than the length of the lower gusset section 7, and out of gusset-shaped sections, front and rear, of the upper gusset section 6, a pouring outlet section 10 of a shape in which its outer periphery is sealed by heat sealing and its width is narrower toward the upper direction is extended on the upper section of the one gusset- shaped section (front), while the other gusset-shaped section is heat sealed by an upper gusset section back side sealing section 13 with its inside formed into a trapezoid shape, and an expanded sealing section 15 with a hole 18 for holding the pouch is extended on the upper section of the other gusset section, while the lower gusset section 7 is heat sealed by a bottom sealing section 8 of a ship bottom shape.
