PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an instrument for pressure measurement which speedily and accurately measure the pressure balance between a couple of pressure rollers in a practical use state and a method for pressure adjustment which adjusts the pressure between the pressure roller couple. SOLUTION: Stripped sheets 22a, 22b, and 22c connected to three torque gauges 20a, 20b, and 20c are arranged on an insertion table 2 and clamped between a couple of heat rollers 6 and 7 which are rotating; and the pressure between the heat rollers 6 and 7 is measured in real time from the measured value of a torque gauge 20 and adjusted by pressure adjustment parts 10a and 10b so that the pressure balance becomes uniform, and then the pressure balance can be measured and adjusted in real time, so that the measurement and adjustment time will be shortened. The measurement and adjustment can accurately be performed even when the heat rollers 6 and 7 are heated up to the temperature of practical use.
