PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizing device with excellent energy efficiency, converting low temperature energy generated at evaporation of liquefied gas to electric energy to use without discharging to the outside air. SOLUTION: A thermal generating element 12 is provided so as to contact a cooling surface thereof with a vaporizer 1 and open a heating surface thereof to the outside air. Therefore, the thermal generating element 12 generates electricity by the temperature difference between low temperature generated with a throttle means 5 provided on a liquid pipe 3 connecting to the vaporizer 1 and outside air temperature, and the generated electricity can be supplied to another apparatus as necessary.
