PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a curable composition having excellent curability, adhesion, etc. SOLUTION: The curable composition is produced by compounding (A) 10-100 pts.wt. of a compound containing one or more unsaturated group and one or more alkoxysilyl groups in the molecule, (B) 0-50 pts.wt. of a cationic polymerizable compound, (C) 0-50 pts.wt. of a radical-polymerizable compound and, based on 100 pts.wt. of A+B+C, (D) 0.01-20 pts.wt. of a cationic polymerization initiator and (E) 0.01-20 pts.wt. of a radical polymerization initiator.
