PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the effects of the surface tension of a liquid at an dispensing opening where the surface tension is increased according as the amount of dispensation and becomes very small in case of dispensing a very small amount of a fewμL or less. SOLUTION: This liquid dispension injection device for dispensing reagent specimens comprises a nozzle member (54) with a discharging opening diameter d1 to suck and discharge a reagent specimen of surface tension H, syringe piston pump (56) to perform sucking and discharging operation by the reciprocation of a piston, rectilinear reciprocating actuator to reciprocate the piston of the syringe piston pump (56),J a plurality of elastic ring members to seal the liquid by pressing and deformation, and pipe (55a) of a length L and inner diameter d2 through which the reagent specimen flows at a flow velocity V to connect the syringe piston pump (56) to the nozzle member (54). The liquid dispensing device is constituted by the relationship 4H/d1<γ(h-kLV/d22) (wherein,γis the specific gravity of the reagent specimen; and k is a coefficient including the kinetic viscosity coefficient of the reagent specimen). |
