PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetically sealed compressor capable of reducing noise generated at actuating time and capable of shortening assembling time. SOLUTION: This hermetically sealed compressor is composed of upper and lower shells 11 and 12, and includes a motor-driven mechanism part 20 for generating driving force for compressing a refrigerant, a sealed case 10 for internally arranging a compression mechanism part 30 linearly moved by the driving force transmitted from the motor-driven mechanism part 20 and a disk-shaped vibration control member 40 arranged on an upper side inside surface of the upper shell 11 for reducing machine noise generated at actuating time.
