PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long construction panel usable as an inner wall member, an outer wall member, a roof member, a ceiling member, a floor member, a partition member, a fire door, etc., in a building or structure requiring fireproof performance or fire-resisting performance, of light weight, having mechanical strength. SOLUTION: In a construction panel A comprising a core member 3 comprising foam material of synthetic resin sandwiched between a surface member 1 and a back member 2 to form a male-female connection structure at end parts, a fire-resisting sheet 6 is formed on at least a back surface of a connection part of the part of the male-female connection structure.
