PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both an interlayer for a laminated glass having excellent heat insulating properties and transparency, not the electromagnetic wave transmission properties, having excellent adhesiveness at the interface between glass and the interlayer and a laminated glass using the same. SOLUTION: This interlayer for an laminated glass comprises a plasticized polyvinyl acetal resin which is composed of 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl acetal resin, 30-50 pts.wt. of a plasticizer, 0.13-5.0 pts.wt. of a zinc oxide particle containing one or more kinds of metal elements capable of being a trivalent and/or a tetravalent metal and 10-150 ppm of magnesium salt and/or potassium salt of a 2-10C carboxylic acid.
