PURPOSE: A method and device for the B2B(Business-to-Business) based on the Internet are provided to enable a shopping mall operator to get the real time information on product and price without stock, and to enable a seller to secure many paths for the sales. CONSTITUTION: Buyers(10-1 - 10-N) connect to a B2SHOP(20), perceive the product information that sellers post up, and notify the sales information to the own shopping mall. When customers(30-1 - 30-N) purchase a product and pay for the price, buyers purchase the product from the B2SHOP and input the address of customers. The B2SHOP pays the product price to sellers together with the purchasing information. The sellers send the product to customers in the name of the buyer.
