PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece capable of measuring a substance to be inspected even by the measurement of transmitted light, good in oxygen permeability and capable of measuring the substance to be inspected with higher accuracy. SOLUTION: The test piece, which has a blood corpuscle component separation capacity capable of separating a blood corpuscle component from whole blood containing the blood corpuscle component and a blood plasma component to detect a substance to be inspected such as glucose or the like contained in the blood plasma component, includes a reagent layer having a porous structure containing beads, an inorganic gel and a reagent generating reaction capable of detecting the substance to be inspected and a support for supporting the reagent layer. The beads are mutually bonded by the inorganic gel and particle gaps for collecting the solid component are formed between the beads. |
