PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow-melting device capable of covering electricity necessary for the snow-melting device by power generation of a fuel cell system, collecting heat generated with the power generation and melting snow by making use of electricity obtained from collected heat and power generation. SOLUTION: A propane cylinder 22 is connected to the fuel cell system 1 with a fuel supply pipe 5, a circulating pump 3 is provided to a cooling water supply pipe 2 connecting the fuel cell system 1 to a hot water storage tank 21, and a power source wire 4 of the circulating pump 3 is connected to the fuel cell system 1. An outdoor warm water supply pipe 23 is connected to the hot water storage tank 21, the outdoor warm water supply pipe 23 is provided so as to return to the hot water storage tank 21 through a roof 119, and the snow melting device is so constituted that a clear water transmission pump 24 is provided to an outlet side. A heater 19 wired so as to connect a power source wire 20 to the fuel cell system 1 is provided to the roof 119 together with the outdoor warm water supply pipe 23. |
