PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combustion control device for a small combustion furnace which can efficiently suppress generation of hazardous substances, such as dioxins resulting from combustion. SOLUTION: The device comprises a fan 2 for blowing air into a combustion furnace 1, a temperature sensor 7 for detecting temperature corresponding to a combustion temperature t in the combustion furnace, a clock 14, a secondary fuel to be supplied to the combustion furnace, an on-off valve 5 provided between the combustion device and the secondary fuel, and a control unit 12. The control unit 12 drives the fan 2 in correspondence with the commencement of combustion to blow air into the combustion furnace. When the temperature t detected by the sensor 7 becomes a set temperature T or lower for decreasing generation of dioxins after once having exceeded the set temperature T, the control unit 12 opens the valve 5 for a given period of time SA through the clock 14 to supply the secondary fuel to the combustion furnace, so that the temperature t again exceeds the temperature T.
