PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device allowing reduction in number of components, and thus reduction in weight and cost. SOLUTION: This suspension device comprises a shock absorber and a coil spring, which are arranged in different positions, and fixes a spring upper sheet for mounting the coil spring to a car body by interposing the sheet between the coil spring and the car body. A plurality of annularly arranged projections are provided in the upper part of the spring upper sheet, and the projections are engaged with a plurality of annularly arranged projections, on the car body side, with substantially L-shaped cross section formed by punching, thereby fixing the spring upper sheet to the car body.
