PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw compressor hardly generating seizure and having a good compression efficiency. SOLUTION: Zigzag projection parts 15 folded in a dog leg shape are disposed at prescribed clearances on an outer peripheral surface 14 of a delivery side in a screw rotor 11. Dynamic pressure generating grooves 17 communicated with a rotational direction side or a screw groove 13 extending in the rotational direction are disposed on a land 16 of the delivery side of the screw rotor 11. It is thus possible to prevent the same positions of the outer peripheral surface of the projection parts or an inner circumferential surface of a casing from being brought into continuously contact, and it is also possible to prevent generation of seizure even if a clearance between the screw rotor 11 and the casing is narrowed by increasing an allowable load of a radial direction of the screw rotor 11 with dynamic pressure of the radial direction generated by the dynamic pressure generating grooves 17.
