PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a heavy weight in a horizontal state and to structure such an internally installing hook so that metal hangers, etc., are not projected from an upper surface of the heavy weight. SOLUTION: This internally installing hook constitutes a characteristic feature of forming a recessed part on an upper surface of a heavy weight, storing a metal hanger to hook a crane, etc., on this recessed part free to rise and sink, axially installing an axis of rotation to support the metal hanger at a suitable position on the upper surface of the heavy weight on the recessed part, axially installing an inside cover in a space to hook the crane, etc., of the metal hanger free to open and close and almost eliminating a projection or a depression on the upper surface of the heavy weight in a state where the metal hanger is stored in the recessed part.
