PURPOSE: Provided is cloth with cotton adhered wherein an adhesive resin with warp yarn coated is melted to adhere cotton so that it keeps warm without pressing the cotton. CONSTITUTION: The production process of cloth with cotton adhered comprises the steps of: (i) hanging down warp yarn(2) at one side of the cloth; (ii) coating the adhesive resin on the warp yarn; (iii) hardening the adhesive resin that is coated on the warp yarn; (iv) sewing the warp yarn by the hardened adhesive resin; and (v) passing through a dryer in a sewn state to melt the adhesive resin for adhering cloth.
