PURPOSE: A bottle cap with folding spout is provided to achieve an improved sealing ability, while allowing the liquid to be smoothly drained from the bottle. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap(1) comprises an upper surface(2) and a side surface(3). The upper surface has a spout(4) which is foldable by a folding portion(7) formed in front of a fold reference line. The spout has an inlet port and an air inlet opening formed inside of the spout, and a cut film(11) which is formed at the upper portion of the spout and has a pull-out ring(12) surrounded by a cut line. The upper surface has a guide groove(13) formed in the direction toward the folding portion so as to allow a guide portion(5) to be inserted into the guide groove, and a sealing wall(16) is formed underneath the fold reference line such that the spout is completely sealed when folded.
