PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tape used to adjust the weight or center of gravity of, e.g. sport goods involving swing motion safely, easily, inexpensively, and easily even after repeated application. SOLUTION: Provided is a 5 cm wide or narrower tape in which at least 5, per cm of the length of the tape, variously shaped particles having the largest length of at most 1 mm and having a specific gravity of at least 1.0 are fixed on the tape body, in the gap between the tape body and the adhesive, or in the adhesive. Provided is a 5 cm wide or narrower tape having a thickness of at most 0.5 mm and a weight of at least 0.08 g/cm2. The total weight of each tape is specified.
