PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow operation for a long period even with an INS of normal specification. SOLUTION: The system is provided with GPS receivers 141b-144b, INSs 141a-144a which correct detecting result for each current position based on the position measured with them, and a control device 11 which sequentially switches between operational one and waiting one at a specified interval for them.
